Pair of Arne Jacobson's iconic butterfly chairs, designed for for Fritz Hansen in the 1950s. Constructed of bent plywood in European oak with chrome legs. The rift-sawn oak displays its characteristic flecks and rays beautifully.
These have been professionally restored. Like with all antiques, some repairs may be visible on close inspection. Mild discoloration to the wood on the seats. Chrome is overall in good condition but shows some wear on a few corners and some rust spots on the underside of the chairs. One of the chairs is missing its plastic cap on the underside.
